STAGES OF THE PROJECT
INTERIOR DESIGN OPTIONS
Interior design is one of the key stages of hotel project implementation.
Scandic Regatta premises will include five floating houses.
Such housing facilities are constructed on cast reinforced concrete pontoons. This solution doesn’t harm the environment, doesn’t affect water circulation under the pontoon, and also aquatic life.
Floating houses are completely safe, the structure is highly-stable and exhibits the properties of a vessel with a good floating capability. Moreover, the pontoon is corrosion-resistant, and has a service life of several hundred years.
The Scandic Regatta eco resort has a mineral spring famous for its curative effects. Healing water of the spring will be used for SPA treatment and therapies.
The composition of the spring water is similar to that of the Marcial Water, rich in iron, sodium, magnesium, calcium and manganese. This has a huge benefit for the human health. Even physicians often recommend mineral water treatment to address certain conditions.
The distinguishing feature of the Scandic Regatta eco resort will be a modern yacht club for 100 vessels which is to become the largest yacht club on Lake Ladoga.
A sailing trip around the Ladoga skerries is a unique opportunity to enjoy the wonderful northern nature of Karelia imbued with peculiar and primeval beauty.
The complex will be managed by one of the major hotel operators. Representatives of international hotel chains have repeatedly visited the construction site to examine the facility. Each of the presented operators has submitted a proposal regarding the implementation of this project.
